With the CM Disclaimer and Welcome Message for WordPress you can easily create and publish your warning message, ask user to accept your terms or publish a general notification that the user must accept before view the page. In each WordPress page or post you can add a particular disclaimer fixed on the middle or bottom of the page or a post.
